Short Stories by Jesus Bible Study

Have you ever heard one of Jesus' parables and just sort of wondered, what that was all about?

Join us for a 6-week study (plus an introductory week) to dig into Short Stories by Jesus, by Amy-Jill Levine. This is a study targeted to anyone who has been curious about what Jesus has to say to us and how we in the the 21st century can find what Jesus meant for *us* in these words. Each week includes a short video by Amy-Jill Levine and a time to dig into the text and into what surrounds the text. Preparation each week is reading a section of the participant's guide. There is also a larger book that goes into a lot more depth if that is something that interests you, but is not required.

We don't expect you to be a Biblical scholar or to have done any sort of Bible study before. Be careful, though. You may find that Bible study is contagious and you are drawn into not just what Jesus has to say, but what we should do with it in our day-to-day life.
